| 摘 要： | 探讨高血压性脑出血后再出血的发生率、发生时间、初次和再次脑出血发生部位、防治和预后。方法:对646例高血压性脑出血患者的既往病史、入院后CT,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果:再出血发生率7.3％,3年内再出血约占77％,再出血以基底节-基底节占大多数约为60％,男女之间无明显差异。未正规抗高血压治疗是主要原因,再出血病死率高。结论:长期正规抗高血压治疗对预防再出血有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the rehemorrhage on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HIH) and time, rate,site, treatment, development. Methods: The clinical data on 646 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively reviewed. Results: The rate of rehemorrhage on HIH is7.3% and it is 77% after 3 years, the site usually in basal ganglia(60%),but there was no difference between man and woman, the cause of rehemorrhage is falling down on treating hypertension, and the died rate of rehemorrhage on HIH is high. Conclusion : Long - term and regular treatment of hypertension is very important to prevent the rehemorrhage on HIH. |
