重型颅脑外伤的手术配合

目的探讨重型颅脑外伤患者施行开颅手术的手术配合.方法回顾性分析150例重型颅脑外伤的临床资料,总结开颅手术的配合.结果所有的患者均予开颅、血肿清除手术治疗,在手术室护士的配合下,术中没有患者死亡,患者出院时按GOS评价,恢复良好80例,残废40例,死亡30例.结论手术室护士及时、有效的配合,能提高重型重型颅脑外伤患者的抢救成功率.

Operative cooperation of severe craniocerebral injury

Objective: To explore the operative cooperation of the severe craniocerebral injury patients who should be performed craniotomy. Methods: The chinical data of 150 severe craniocerebral injury patients were analysed retrospectively, the operative cooperation were summarized. Results: All patients were received craniotomy for clearing away the intracranial hematoma. No patients died during the operation with operative cooperation of the nurse in operation room. GCS (Glasgow outcome scale) was conducted to evaluate surgical outcome when all patients were discharged from hospital, 80 cases were good, 40 disable, and other 30 dead. Conclusions: If the nurse in operation room can offer timely and effective cooperation, the successful rate that we could rescue the severe craniocerebral injury patients should be rose.
