| 摘 要： | 目的:为贵阳地区中成药研发、生产、销售、使用等部门提供参考信息。方法:对2004～2006年贵阳地区中成药销售量排前20名的药物采用DDD分析法和金额排序法,综合分析中成药应用情况。结果:中成药的价格、剂型、DDC等因素直接影响用药情况。结论:疗效确切、价格适中、剂型合理的中成药在贵阳地区临床应用中占有优势。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of Chinese patent medicines in Guiyang in order to provide references and information about the research and development, manufacture and use and marketing etc of Chinese patent medicines. METHODS： The use of Chinese patent medicine in Guiyang area during 2004-2006 was analyzed taking DDD and sequence of consumption sum of the top 20 Chinese patent medicines as the main indexes. RESULTS： The use of Chinese patent medicines was influenced directly by dosage forms, price and DDC etc. CONCLUSION： Those Chinese patent medicines with confirmative efficiency, moderate prices and reasonable dosage forms assume precedence over the others in clinical use. |
