军队医改对军队人员住院费用影响探折

目的：通过对比分析军队医改前后军队人员住院费用的变化,探索改革对军队医院医疗经费的影响。方法：采用SPSS软件对医改前后住院医疗费用数据进行了汇总、比较和分析。结果：①住院医疗总费用医改后二年较医改前增加876.68万元,增长25.45%;现役军人住院总费用明显上升,而职工和家属住院总费用明显下降;②住院医疗均费用增加34.70%,现役军人增长35.16%,家属住院医疗均费用由医改后一年转为负增长。结论：军队医疗保障制度改革逐步达到预期目标：①分类保障模式逐步形成;②军队伤病员医疗保障水平明显提高;③合理医疗消费的机制基本建立。

Effect of Military Health Care System Reform on Hospitalization Expense of Military Personnel

Objective：By analyzing the change of medical treatment expense before and after the military health care system reform, the article discussed the effect of military health care system reform on medical treatment expense. Materials and methods： Using SPSS software, the author collected, compared and analyzed the materials from inpatient from ly before and 2y after the reform. Results： （1） Total expense in inpatient rose by 25.45% ,the expense of active duty rose obviously, while the employees and dependent s dropped. （2） Average expense in inpatient rose 34.70% , the expense of active duty rose by 35.16% , while the dependents dropped from ly after the reform. Conclusion： The information suggested that the reform of military heahh care system achieve the desired results ： （1） Classifying care mode formed gradually. （2） The level of medical care of military personnel rose obviously. （3） The mechanism of reasonable medical consumption was founded basically.
