龙胆外洗液质量控制的方法研究

目的：建立龙胆外洗液的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对龙胆洗液中百部、苦参、当归进行定性鉴别;并应用高效液相色谱法对龙胆外洗液中主药黄芩中含的黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果：薄层色谱法能准确鉴定出制剂中百部、苦参、当归;黄芩苷在4.0ug/mL～40.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为100.30%,RSD=1.44%（n=5）。结论：所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,可作为龙胆洗液的质量控制标准。

Study on Quality Control Methods of Longdan Lotion

Objective：To establish the quality control methods of Longdan lotion . Method：Radix stemonae, radix sophorae flavescentis and radix paeoniae acba longdan lotion were identified by TLC. The content of Baicalin in longdan lotion was determined by HPLC. Result： Radix stemonae, radix sophorae flaves- centis and radix paeoniae acba can be identified by TLC. The Baicalin showed a good linear relationship at range of 4.0μg/ml ～ 40.0μg/ml, r = 0.9997, and the average recovery rate was 100.30%, RSD = 1.44% n = 5 ）. Conclusion：These methods are accurate and can be used for the quality control for of Longdan lotion.
