| 摘 要： | 为探讨地龙平喘的作用环节，观察了２０例患者用药前后血浆中前列环素、血栓素Ａ２含量及两者比值变化。结果表明：用药后ＰＧＩ２轻度升高，ＴＸＡ２降低，但无统计学差异，而ＰＧＩ２／ＴＸＡ２比值升高，有统计学差异，提示地龙可通过调节哮喘患者血浆中的ＰＧＩ２／ＴＸＡ２比值，发挥平喘作用。

Influence of Dilong (Earthworm) Extract on Plasma PGI 2 and TXA 2 of Asthmatic Patient |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the possible mechanism of Dilong (earthworm) in treating acute bronchial asthma, the plasma levels of prostacyclin (PGI 2), thromboxane A 2(TXA 2) and the changes of ratio of both in 20 cases before and after treatment were measured. The results showed that PGI 2 level lightly raised and TXA 2 level reduced after drug taking without statistical difference ( P >0.05) but the ratio of PGI 2 and TXA 2 raised with marked difference ( P <0.05), suggesting that Dilong might reach the goal of treating asthma through adjusting the ratio of plasma PGI 2 and TXA 2 of asthmatic patients. |
