| 摘 要： | 高危型HPV感染是宫颈癌的主要致病因素，而遗传易感因素也是其危险因素之一。目前大量研究都揭示了P53基因第72位密码子多态性与宫颈癌遗传易感性的关系，在不同国家、地区、种族的人群中可能存在遗传背景的差异，这种差异性可能是由于二者存在不同的生物学功能。本文就近年来关于该位点多态性与宫颈癌遗传易感性的关系及在宫颈癌发生机制中的研究进展进行相关阐述。

| Abstract: | The high risk HPV infection is a key step in cervical carcinoma, and the genetic susceptibility is the risk factor, too. Many research findings indicate that there is significantly difference between P53 codon 72 polymorphisrn and the genetic susceptibility of cervical carcinoma in the different countries, regions and ethnics.Perhaps the two genetypes of P53 codon72 have different biological functions.This article summarizes the relationship between the P53 codon72 polyrnorphism and genetic susceptibility of cervical carcinoma, and analyzes that the two genetypes may have the different carcinogenic mechanism. |
