摘    要:目的建立膜迷路积水的动物模型,探讨膜迷路积水的机制。方法将豚鼠随机分为两组,模型组腹腔注射醋酸去氨加压素,对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,一周后,对比两组豚鼠血清电解质的浓度,心、肺、肝、肾的组织学和耳蜗膜迷路的横截面积。结果两组豚鼠血清电解质的浓度无明显差异,心、肺、肝、肾的组织学无明显异常。模型组中有6只(6/10)豚鼠出现不同程度的膜迷路积水。结论醋酸去氨加压素可以导致豚鼠膜迷路积水,有效建立了膜迷路积水的动物模型。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism of endolymphatic hydrops by establishing an animal study model. Methods Twenty guinea pigs were divided into two groups. The animals in study group were given deamino-Cys1,D-Arg8d-vasopressin,(dAVP) intraperitoneally, while those in the control one were given saline intraperitoneally. After 1 week, the concentration of electrolyte in serum, the histology of heart, lung, liver and kidney, and the cross section area of cochlear of all the guinea pigs were compared. Results No significant differences were observed between the concentrations of the electrolyte in serum of two groups. The histology of heart, lung, liver and kidney of the two groups showed no obvious abnormality. Endolymphatic hydrops were observed in six guinea pigs of the model group. Conclusion dDAVP can cause endolymphatic hydrops in guinea pigs.
