重症肌无力患者CD5+B细胞的变化

Change of CD5+B cell in patients with myasthenia gravis

Objective: To study the role of CD5 B cells in the pathogenic mechanism of myasthenia gravis(MG). Methods: The percentages of CD5 B cell(CD5 CD19 ) in 39 patients with MG and 18 healthy control were determined using immunofluorescence double staining and flow cytometry; the AchRab of serum in MG patients were determined by indirect ELISA methods.Results: The percentages of CD5 B cell was significant increase in MG patients as compared with healthy controls, moreover, the percentages of CD5 B cell in serum AchRab positive and serum AchRab negative MG patients were both higher than that of healthy controls, but the percentages of CD5 B cell have no significant differ between serum AchRab positive and serum AchRab negative MG patients.Conclusion: CD5 B cell may play a pathogenic role in the development of MG, there is no significant correlation between AchRab production and CD5 B lymphocytes ; CD5 B cell might contribute to the pathogenesis of AchRab negative MG.
