诗洁手术消毒液性能的试验观察

诗洁手术消毒液由醋酸氯己定、聚氧乙烯十四烷基醚等组成,为含醋酸氯己定9746mg/L、pH值7.09的无色透明液体。为观察其杀菌效果和毒性,进行了载体定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验。结果,含醋酸氯己定1250mg/L的该液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,杀灭率分别为99.91％、99.94％;含醋酸氯己定2400mg/L的该液对白色念珠菌作用10min,杀灭率为99。91％。菌悬液含体积分数50％、25％的小牛血清,对其杀灭大肠杆菌有明显影响。毒性试验表明,该消毒剂属实际无毒,对皮肤有轻度刺激性,弱蓄积毒性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。该消毒剂经54℃存放14d,醋酸氢己定含量下降率为0.6464％。结果显示,诗洁手术消毒液具有一定杀菌作用,副作用小,性能稳定。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON PROPERTIES OF SHI-JIE OPERATION LIQUID DISINFECTANT

Shi-Jie Operation Liquid Disinfectant is composed of chlorhexidine acetate, polyoxyethylene tetradecyl ether. It is a colorless transparent liquid containing chlorhexidine acetate 9 746 mg / L and has a pH value of 7.09. In order to observe its germicidal efficacy and toxicity, carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureusexposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorhexidine acetate 1 250 mg/ L for 10 min were 99.91 % and 99.94% respectively and the killing rate of Candida albicans exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorhexidine acetate 2 400 mg/ L for 10 min was 99.91%. The bacterial suspension containing 50% or 25% (v/ v) calf serum had significant influence on its efficacy in killing E. coli. The toxicity tests indicated that this disinfectant was actually nontoxic. It was slightly irritative to skin and had weak cumulative toxicity. The mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. Its chlorhexidine acetate content decreased by 0.6464% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. The results indicate that Shi-Jie Operation Liquid Disinfectant is stable and has certain germicidal effect and little side effect.
