海岛居民中巨细胞病毒的抗体检测

用 ELISA 法和 CF 法检测海岛居民的巨细胞病毒感染,两法具有良好的正相关性,相关系数 r=0.5963,p<0.001。ELISA 法的敏感性高于 CF 法。ELISA 测得CMV 抗体的总阳性率达92.81%,GMT 为579.03,CF 测得的阳性率为78.16%,GMT 为21.95。GMT 有随年龄增长而升高的趋势,在性别上无显著性差异。

A SEROLOGICAL SURVEY OF CYTOMEGALOVIRUS ANTIBODY AMONG ISLANDERS

There is a large,positive correlation between two methods,ELISA and CF,to determine CMV antibodies for islanders.The correlation coefficient r= 0.5693,P<0.001.ELISA is more sensitive than CF.The titers of antibody determined by ELISA are 32.46 times as compared with those by CF. Experiments show that the status of CMV infection among islanders is very serious The positive rate of CMV antibody determined by ELISA reach a level of 92.81%,GMT=579.03.The rate is 78.16%,GMT=21.95 when determined by CF.The level of CMV antibody is tending to increase with age,and the positive in the low-age group is considerablly high,which shows characteristically that CMV infection is a series of infant diseases. There is no significant difference in sex.Caution should be aroused to the progestational women above 20 years old whose positive rate reach 100% by ELISA,90.9% by CF,GMT level is 1611.29 by ELISA,27.65 by CF,1.55- 2.78 times higher than the general level.From this point of view,protective measures must be administered to reduce the risk of congenital CMV infection to fetus and newborns,and above all keep the pregnant women from the infection or reinfection of CMV.
