| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨3种不同方法对尿液红细胞、白细胞检测的差异性.方法:通过对2096例尿液样本分别采用尿干化学、UF-50、尿液显微镜检查.结果:尿液显微镜检查、UF-50尿流式细胞分析法及Uritest-500B干化学分析法阳性率分别为:红细胞阳性率11.12%(233/2096)、19.66%(412/2096)、17.75%(372/2096);白细胞阳性率分别为14.59%(306/2096)、17.89%(375/2096)、12.83%(269/2096);同尿液显微镜检查结果比较,红细胞检测:UF-50尿细胞分析法符合率91.36%(1915/2096),假阳性率8.59%(180/2096),假阴性率0.05%(1/2096);Uritest-500B干化学分析法符合率91.17%(1911/2096),假阳性率7.73%(162/2096),假阴性率1.09%(23/2096).白细胞检测:UF-50尿细胞分析法符合率96.61%(2025/2096),假阳性率3.34%(70/2096),假阴性率0.05%(1/2096);Uritest-500B干化学分析法符合率93.65%(1963/2096),假阳性率2.29%(48/2096),假阴性率4.06%(48/2096).UF-50假阳性率较高,假阴性较低,干化学法假阳性、假阴性均较高.结论:可将干化学和尿流式细胞两者分析均未显示异常发现作为镜检的筛选条件,有异常发现者进一步通过尿液显微镜检查进行确认和纠正.尿干化学、尿流式细胞分析、尿液显微镜检查联合检测是尿液分析的最佳分析模式,在提高尿液检测速度的同时也保证了尿液检测的质量.
