帕金森病的遗传研究

本文采用家系调查和系谱分析法对两个家系的８例患者进行了研究，探讨帕金森病与遗传的关系。结果表明，帕金森病的发病与遗传有关，其遗传基础是基因。家系１中帕金森病的遗传方式为Ｙ－连锁遗传；家系２中该病的遗传方式为常染色体显性遗传。帕金森病的发病与遗传的关系及其遗传方式的确定，目前还有较大争论，有待进一步研究。

Genetic Studies on ParkInson's Disease

his paper studies gentic elements affecting Parkinson's disease in an approach of family ex-amination and pedigree analysis. The eight cases studied in this project are of two famililes .And it is found that the disease in certain wayw relates to genetic affection of genes .The pathogenetic ones,as far as we now see,are either located on autosomes or on Y chroomosoomes.The former type of location suggests an autosomal dominant inheritance,while the latte the Y-linkage inheri -tance following the Y chromosomal transmission in male individuals.What remains open to argu-ment and further research,however,are how the disease's coming -on is related to inheritance and in what ways it is inherited.
