原发性高血压左心室肥厚患者心电图与超声心动图的比较

目的 探讨心电图与超声心动图在原发性高血压左心室肥厚（LVH）诊断中的价值及临床意义。方法 回顾性分析100例原发性高血压患者的心电图和超声心动图资料，并进行统计学分析。结果 心电图检出左心室肥厚23例（23.00％），超声心动图检出左心室肥厚78例（78．00％）。其中Ⅰ级高血压13例，心电图和超声心动图左心室肥厚检出率分别为7．69％和38．46％；Ⅱ级高血压32例。心电图和超声心动图左心室肥厚检出率分别为12．50％和62．50％；Ⅲ级高血压55例，心电图和超声心动图左心室肥厚检出率分别为32．73％和96．36％。高血压合并左心室肥厚患者心律失常检出率为57.69％，无左心室肥厚的高血压患者心律失常检出率为18．18％。结论 原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚是重要的心血管危险因素，应结合心电图及超声心动图来提高原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚及心律失常的检出率，及早进行积极治疗来降低高血压患者的病死率和病残率。

Comparison of ECG and UCG in essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy

Objective To explore the value and clinical significance of ECG and UCG in the diagnosis of essential hypertension(EH) with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods The data of ECG and UCG of 100 EH cases with LVH were retrospectively analyzed.Results 23 cases(23.00%) were detected with LVH by ECG and 78 cases (78.00%)were detected by UCG.Among them,13 cases were classified as I hypertension,with the detection rate of 7.69% and 38.46% by ECG and UCG respectively; 32 cases were II hypertension,with detection rate of 12.50% and 62.50% by ECG and UCG respectively; 55 cases were III hypertension,with detection rate of 32.73% and 96.36% by ECG and UCG respectively.The detection rate of arrhythmia was 57.69% in the EH patients with LVH while the detection rate of arrhythmia was 18.18% in the EH patients without LVH.Conclusion EH complicating LVH is the important risk factor for cardiovascular disease,so ECG and UCG should be combined to increase the detection rate of arrhythmia and LVH in the EH patients,which should be actively treated to decrease the fatality and invalidity.
