摘    要:在本室创立的841培养基的基础上,以不同种类和不同浓度的血清,对体外培养46d、95d的日本血吸虫进行了实验观察,并比较了841和851培养基虫体的吞食红细胞率、肠管汇合率及虫体存活率。结果表明:3项指标841培养基均优于851培养基(P<0.01).童虫用841培养基培养2周后,提高血清浓度至25%继续培养至95d,吞食红细胞率和肠管汇合率均明显高于10%血清浓度(P<0.01),而虫体存活率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。提示在后期童虫的培养中,适当提高血清浓度有利于虫体的发育。

Abstract:A comparison was made between the cultirations of schistosomula Schistosoma japonicum in cultures 841 and 851 for 46 days and 95 days in reference to the rates of engulfins RBC,intestinal union and surviving organisms. The results out of both cultures are very different( P <0.01).This suggests culture 841 is more suitable for cultivating the schistosomula than 851.Schistosomula was cultivated in culture 841 for 2 weeks,and then with the rabbit serum in it increased to 25%,continued to be cultured for 95 days,The engulfing RBC and intestinal union rates were higher than with 10% of rabbit serum. But the organism surviving rates showed no obvious difference(P>0.05)between the 2 groups.Therefore to increase the concentration of rabbit serum is more suitable for cultivating the older schistosomula for its development.
