| 摘 要： | 目的 评价微血管减压术(MVD)治疗面肌痉挛的远期疗效.方法 随访186例行MVD面肌痉挛患者,观察术后2年有效率、复发率及相关并发症.结果 随访成功154例,其中109例(70.8%)近期疗效为优,43例(27.9%)为良,2例(1.3%)为差.对术后2年以上的长期疗效随访中143例(92.9%)为优,4例(2.6%)为良,7例(4.5%)为差,其中2例无效,临床有效率为95.5%.部分复发率为2.6%,完全复发率为3.3%.近期并发症发生率:面瘫28例(18.2%),听力下降12例(7.8%),耳鸣7例(3.9%);术后2年以上随访中,面瘫及耳鸣患者全部恢复,12例听力下降患者中3例听力仍有障碍.结论 MVD是面肌痉挛安全、有效的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the long-term outcomes of treating hemifacial spasm(HFS)with microvascular decompression(MVD).Methods We retrospectively reviewed 186 HFS patients underwent MVD who were followed up for more than 2 years.Results Of the 154 patients who were followed up successfully,early curative effect was excellent in 109(70.8%)cases,good in 43(27.9%)cases,and poor in 2 cases.The long-term(greater than 2 years)follow-up showed that excellent in 143(92.9%)cases,good in 4(2.6%)cases,poor in 7(4.5%)case... |
