| 摘 要： | The technique of computer simulations is a very efficient method in investigating mechanisms of many diseases. This paper reviews how the simulations of the human heart started as a simple mathematical models in the past and developed to the point where genetic information is needed to do suitable work like finding out new medicaments against heart diseases. Also the Influence of the development of computer performance in the future as well as the data presentation is described.
