超声引导注射无水酒精联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效

目的探讨在超声引导下穿刺瘤内注射无水酒精联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选择该院2010年10月—2011年10月住院治疗的子宫肌瘤患者75例分为观察组（n=38）与对照组（n=37）,对照组患者在超声引导下瘤内注射无水酒精治疗,观察组患者先口服米非司酮12.5mg,1次/d,连服3个月后瘤内注射无水酒精治疗。两组患者于治疗后6个月复查对比观察肌瘤缩小情况及评价临床疗效。结果观察组肌瘤缩小率为78.97%。对照组肌瘤缩小率为58.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为94.74%,对照组总有效率为78.38%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超声引导下瘤内注射无水酒精与口服米非司酮联合治疗子宫肌瘤可明显缩小肌瘤,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided injection with mifepristone combined with absolute alcohol under ultrasonic guidance in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the efficacy of injection with mifepristone combined with absolute alcohol under ultrasonic guidance in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 75 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from Oct. 2010 to Oct. 2011 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n=38） and control group （n=37）.The control group was treated with absolute alcohol injection under ultrasonic guidance. The observation group was given mifepristone 12.5 mg/d for three months and then treated with absolute alcohol injection. The effect was observed and compared between the two groups 6 months after treatment. Results The average rate of volume of uterine fibroids reduced of the observation group was 78.97% and that of the control group was 58.67%; the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than 78.38% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided injection of absolute alcohol is effective to reduce the volume of uterine fibroids, which is worthy of spread.
