导医护士推行JCI标准质量管理体系的体会

摘    要:目的:介绍在医院导医护士工作中推行JCI标准质量管理体系的体会。方法:制订医院导医护士工作的质量目标,建立导医护士工作质量管理体系文件,建立导医护士绩效考核评分标准。结果:体系运行后,导医护士服务质量明显提高,患者满意度为98%,临床各科室满意度为99%。医患纠纷与去年相比减少50%。结论:JCI标准质量管理体系的建立,既规范了导医护士服务质量管理,又减少了医患矛盾,增强了医院竞争力。

Abstract:Objective:To introduce the experience of medical guiding nurse about implementing JCI standard quality management system.Methods:To formulate the quality goal of medical guiding nurse,establish the quality management system documentation and the scoring criteria for performance appraisal,and reinforce the education and training of the employees.Results:After system operation,medical guiding nurse service quality obviously improved:98% patient satisfaction and 99% clinical department satisfaction.Medical disputes decreased by 50% compared with last year.Conclusion:JCI quality management system is established,which standardizes medical guiding nurse service quality management,reduces the doctor-patient contradiction,and enhances the competitiveness of the hospital.
