| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨HFS3100B微型数显呼吸机用于术后危重患者院内转运的应用价值。方法:对250例颅脑、心脏、复合伤手术后转运至重症监护病房(ICU)途中实施机械通气支持的危重患者进行随机分为2组:⑴微型数显呼吸机组、⑵通常使用的简易呼吸器组,记录通气效果。结果:使用微型数显呼吸机,患者血流动力参数和血气分析指标稳定,转送过程优于简易手控呼吸器。结论:新型HFS3100B微型数显呼吸机在危重患者的转运中可支持呼吸,操作便捷,安全可靠,值得大力推广使用。 |
