| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨持续性植物状态患者应用营养泵行肠内营养后的效果。方法:将60例持续性植物状态患者随机分组为营养泵组和非营养泵组行肠内营养,并对并发症发生情况进行观察和护理。结果:营养泵持续泵入的方法能有效减少食物返流、吸入性肺炎、腹胀及腹泻等并发症的发生,改善了患者的营养状况。结论:营养泵持续泵入法安全、可靠、有效,能减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of applying the feeding pump for enteral nutrition on the patients in persistent vegetate state (PVS). Methods:A total of 60 patients in PVS were randomized into two groups to process the enteral nutrition. The feeding pump was used in group A but not in group B. The complications were observed and managed through nursing measures in both groups.
