| 摘 要： | 目的:高校实验室开放管理。方法:探讨实验室开放的积极意义,分析实验室在开放管理过程中所面临的困难。结果:南方医科大学通过建立网络信息系统、设置创新学分、设立创新基金等措施解决相关困难。结论:加强实验室开放管理,促进学生创新能力培养。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore laboratory opening management in universities Methods:The active meanings in experimental teaching reform and innovative talen cultivating were explored and some problems such as budget,enthusiasm of students and teachers during the opening management were analyzed. Results:Southern Medical University settled those problems. Conclusion:Laboratory opening is fit fo innovative talent cultivating. |
