PDCA循环在无菌治疗室陈设规范化中的应用

目的运用PDCA循环探讨无菌治疗室陈设规范化的管理。方法在我院外一科的无菌治疗室陈设管理中,运用PDCA循环管理,随机抽取外一科和其他科室(外二、内科、妇产科、儿科)的上班护士,在无菌治疗室随机取用常用相同物品所需时间(s)进行比较。结果外一科无菌治疗室实施PDCA循环管理后,护士取用无菌治疗室物品所需时间明显少于其他科室护士取用物品所需时间(P<0.01)。结论无菌治疗室内对所有物品合理摆放、陈设规范,能大大提高护士的工作效率和服务质量,还能降低物资的破损与浪费。

Application of PDCA circulation into display standardization in sterile treatment room

Objective To explore the management of display standardization in the sterile treatment room using PDCA circulation.Methods The PDCA circulation management was applied in the display management of the sterile treatment room at the first surgical department in our hospital.The nurses at work were randomly selected from the first surgical department and other departments(the second surgical department,the department of traditional Chinese medicine,the department of obstetrics and gynecology,and the department of pediatrics).The times for randomly taking and using the common same items in the sterile treatment room were compared.Results After implementing the PDCA circulation management in the sterile treatment room at the first surgical department,the times for the nurses to take and use the materials in the sterile treatment room were obviously less than those for the nurses in other departments(P<0.01).Conclusions A reasonable placement and a normative display of all the materials in the sterile treatment can greatly improve the efficiency of working and the service quality of nurses,and can reduce the disrepair and waste of materials.
