哮喘患儿外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞的变化及其与过敏体质和IgE水平的关系

目的探讨哮喘患儿外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞（Tr）的变化及其与过敏体质和IgE水平的关系。方法应用流式细胞术检测70例哮喘患儿的Tr细胞数变化，采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测血清中IgE含量。结果急性发作期组患儿外周血Tr水平（6．17±1．72）％]明显低于缓解期组患儿（7．56±1．48）％]和对照组儿童（7．13±1．48）％]（均P〈0．05）；而缓解期患儿外周血Tr水平与对照组儿童比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。有过敏体质患儿外周血Tr水平（5．53±1．18）％]明显低于无过敏体质患儿（6．40±2．00）％]（P〈0．05）。哮喘组患儿外周血Tr水平（6．17±1．72）％]与其外周血IgE水平（144．86±14．74）IU／ml]呈负相关（rP=-0．435，P〈0．05）。结论外周血Tr水平在哮喘患儿发作期显著降低，而在有过敏体质的患儿更低，并与外周血IgE水平呈显著的负相关性。

Changes of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and their relation with the allergic physique and the levels of IgE in peripheral blood of asthmatic children

Objective To investigate the changes of CD4 ^＋ CD25^＋ regulatory T cells and their relation with the allergic physique and the levels of IgE in peripheral blood of asthmatic children. Methods The CD4^＋ CD25^＋Tr levels were tested by flow cytometer （FCM）, and the levels of IgE were tested by ELISA in peripheral blood of 70 asthmatic children respectively. Results The CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Tr levels （6. 17 ±1.72）% ] in acute atack group were lower than in remission group （7. 56 ±1.48）% ] or in the control group （7.13 ± 1.48 ） % ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but no difference between in the remission and the control （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Tr levels of asthmatic children with allergic physique （ 5.53 ± 1.18 ） % ] were lower than in non-allergic group （ 6.40± 2. 00 ） % ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was remarkably negative correlation between CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Tr levels （6. 17 ± 1.72） % ] and the levels of IgE （ 144. 86 ± 14. 74） IU/ml ] of asthmatic children （rp = - 0. 435,P 〈 0. 05）. Condusions The levels of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Tr are remarkable decrease in attack asthmatic children, and more decrease in patients with allergic physique. There is remarkably negative correlation between the levels of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Tr and the levels of IgE in peripheral blood of attack asthmatic children.
