| 摘 要： | 目的：建立氯强滴眼液中氯霉素、醋酸泼尼松龙的含量测定方法。方法：采用褶合光谱法，不经分离同时测定两组分的含量。结果：氯霉素、醋酸泼尼松龙的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99．52％、0．57％和99．82％、0．25％。结论：该法准确、简便和经济。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method for determining chloramphenicol and prednisolone acetate in Luqiang eye drops. Methods: The convolution spectrum method was applied to the quantitative determination of the two components without separation. Results: the average recovery was 99. 52% and RSD was 0. 57% for chloramphenicol, the average recovery was 99. 82% and RSD was 0.25% for prednisolone acetate. Conclusions: The method is accurate, simple and economic. |
