金葡液联合卡铂治疗恶性胸腹水的临床疗效观察

目的：观察金葡液和卡铂联合胸膜腔内注射治疗恶性胸腹水的疗效。方法：全组42例恶性胸腹水患者随机入选治疗组和对照组，治疗组28例，采用金葡液和卡铂联合治疗；对照组14例仅用卡铂治疗，观察胸腹水的变化。结果：治疗组28例，CR13例，PR12例,有效率为89．3％（25／28）；对照组14例，CR2例，PR3例，有效率为35．7％（5／14）。两组比较具有显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论：金葡液联合卡铂胸腹腔内注射治疗恶性胸腹水，副作用小，疗效满意。

The observation of clinical curative effect of Natural Growth Factor combined Carboplatin to treat malignant hydrothorax and ascites

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Natural Growth Factor combined Carboplatin injected into the thoracicoabdominal to treat malignant hydrothorax and ascites.Methods:42 patients with malignant hydrothorax and ascites were divided into the therapy group and the control group randomly.28 patients of the therapy group were treated by Natural Growth Factor combined Carboplatin;14 patients of the control group were treated only by Carboplatin,and the change of hydrothorax and ascites was observed.Results:There were 13 patients achieved CR and 12 patients achieved PR in the therapy group,the effective rate(CR+PR) was 89 3%(25/28);there were 2 patients achieved CR and 3 patients achieved PR in the control group the effective rate (CR+PR)was 35 7%(5/14).there were significant difference between two groups.Conclusions:Natural Growth Factor combined Carboplatin injected into the thoracicoabdominal to treat malignant hydrothorax and ascites,the side effect was small and the curative effect was satisfactory.
