| 摘 要： | 目的：观察受试药物的抗关节炎作用。方法：通过角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足爪肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、大鼠佐剂性关节炎试验进行观察。结果：受试物对角叉菜胶诱发的大鼠足爪肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、大鼠佐剂性关节炎、均有显著抑制作用。结论：动物实验表明，受试药物具有抗关节炎作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the antiarthritis effect of Potassium chloride glucosamine sulfate.METHODS:By the animal model of edema of the paws of rat elicited by carrageemin,granuloma provoked by cottonball and the adjuvant arthritis in rat.RESULTS:Potassium chloride glucosamine inhibited all the model inflammation.CONCLUSION:Potassium chloride glucosamine could have the effect of therapeutic arthritis. |
