摘    要:本文利用逐步回归方法,对100例妊娠晚期胎儿的B型超声多项指标资料进行统计分析,并在IBM-PC/XT微型电子计算机上导出了预测胎儿体重的多元线性回归方程。在回顾性验证中,符合率达90%,且前瞻性应用符合率亦较高。这一结果与目前国内外通用的几种公式(其符合率均在50%左右)相比较,本公式的准确率明显提高。

Abstract:The date of B-mode ultrasonic multiple index of 100 fetuses were statistically analysed with stepwise regression method, and the equation of linear regression in several elements used to forecast the fetal weight was worked out on the IBM-PC/XT microcomputer. In retrospective and prospective tests, the rates of accuracy in both tests were 90%. The results indicates that in comparison with the formula universally used at home or abroad (the rate of accuracy is about 50%), the rate of accuracy of the formula we obtained and used is much high.
