| 摘 要： | 目的]观察芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗缺血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法]选择缺血性心力衰竭患者66例,分为两组,对照组32例给予抗心衰常规治疗加曲美他嗪治疗,治疗组34例在对照组治疗基础上加芪苈强心胶囊治疗,治疗3个月判定疗效。观察两组治疗前后血浆NT-proBNP、6min步行试验、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果]两组治疗前后比较血浆NT-proBNP均减少,6min步行距离明显延长,超声心动图检测LVEF明显提高。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论]芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗缺血性心力衰竭疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective]Observe Qi Li strong heart capsule joint western medicine treatment of ischemic heart failure curative effect.Method]Choose ischemic heart failure patients with 66 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group 32 cases of heart failure to conventional treatment and because trimetazidine treatment,the treatment group 34 patients in the control group and treatment on the basis of Qi Li strong heart capsule treatment,the treatment 3 months judgement and watch two groups effect before and after treatment plasma NT-proBNP,6 min walk test,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Results]Two groups of plasma NT-proBNP before and after treatment were reduced,and min significantly prolongs the walking distance,supersonic detection LVEF improved obviously.Clinical effect of the treatment group than in control group.Conclusion]Qi Li strong heart capsule joint western medicine treatment of ischemic heart failure the results were satisfactory. |
