腹腔镜胆囊切除术难易度的相关因素分析

目的 :分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)难易度的相关因素。方法 :设定LC难易度相当于LC手术时间 ,通过分析年龄、性别、体重、病程、症状、下腹部手术史、超声下胆囊大小、胆囊透声度、胆囊壁厚度、胆囊病变性状以及术中所见粘连等 ,得出LC手术时间 (难易度 )与上述指标的相关性和相关方程。结果 :与LC手术时间 (难易度 )相关的主要因素为临床症状、胆囊透声度、胆囊壁厚度、胆囊病变性状等。结论 :前瞻性判断LC的难易度 ,有利于减少并发症的发生

A study and analysis for the degree of the difficulty of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:To analyse the related factors for the degree of difficulty of LC.Methods:Through analysing the age, sex, weight, course, sign, etrotomy, size of gallbladder under ultrasound, permeability of gallbladder, thickness of gallbladder wall, degeneration of gallbladder and adherence, we conclude that the time of LC (the degree of the difficulty ) was correlative with the factors mentioned above. Results:The main factors including sign, permeability of gallbladder, thickness of gallbladder wall and degeneration of gallbladder. Conclusions:To predetermine the difficulty of LC is profitable for reducing the complications of LC.
