吻合器技术在直肠癌超低位切除拖出吻合术中的应用

目的 评价吻合器在直肠癌超低位切除拖出吻合术中的作用。方法 回顾性分析22例低位直肠癌应用吻合器技术行结肠-直肠拖出吻合的经验。结果 (1)术后发生吻合口漏及吻合口狭窄各1例(4．5％)。(2)局部复发2例，复发率为9．1％。(3)围手术期死亡率为0。(4)患者术后3个月排便次数及控便功能接近正常人。结论 吻合器技术能帮助外科医生顺利完成手法缝合不易或难以完成的低位直肠癌吻合术，且效果良好。

The application of anastomat technique in the treatment of low rectal cancer

Objective To study and eveluate the role of anastomat in low colorectal anastomosis.Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze the experience of anastomat technique in pull-through ultralow resection for 22 patients with rectal cancer.Results (1)Complications included anastomotic fistula in 1 patient(4.5%),anastomotic stenosis in 1 patient.(2)The average 5-year follow-up found the local recurrence of 9.1%(2 cases).(3)Perioperative mortality was zero in this group.(4)The defecation freedom and the defecation function became normal three months postoperative.Conclusion The experience suggests the anastomat technique could allow lower colorectal anastomosis in the patients with rectal cancer which would be impossible with traditional hand-sewn method.
