| 摘 要： | 趋化因子是一组具有趋化作用的细胞因子超家族,通过与特异性受体结合发挥生物学功能.趋化因子受体7与口腔鳞癌的侵袭和淋巴结转移等密切相关,现就趋化因子受体7及其配体的功能以及它们在口腔鳞癌侵袭和淋巴结转移中的作用作一综述.

| Abstract: | Chemokines belong to the small molecule chemoattractive cytokine family.They are involved in diverse biological actions through combining with their specific receptors.Recent studies showed that the expression of CC chemokine receptor 7(CCR7) were significantly associated with the invasion and lymph node metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).This review will concentrate on the functions of CCR7 and its ligands,and their effects in invasion and lymph node metastasis of OSCC. |
