2002～2004年云南省流感监测结果分析

目的监测流感流行趋势,了解监测点正常人群流感的抗体水平。方法用鸡胚和MDCK细胞分离病毒,用血凝抑制试验半加敏法鉴定分离毒株和测定血清抗体。结果3年来云南省人群中流行的是A3型和B型流感毒株,正常人群对所有流感流行株抗体的总阳性率在15.33%～99.33%之间。结论不同型别的毒株表现出交替占优势的特征,人群流感抗体水平的消长与优势株的型别一致。

Analysis on influenza monitoring results in Yunnan Province from 2002 to 2004

Objective This study was designed to find out the antibody level for influenza among healthy people at the monitoring site through epidemic trend monitoring for influenza. Methods The chick embryo and MDCK cell were used for separation of virus, and the isolated strain was typed and serum antibody measured through hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test. Results In the recent three years, the influenza stains of A3 type and B type were prevalent among people in our province, and the total positive rate of all influenza strain antibodies among healthy people was 15.33%-99.33%. Conclusion Different types of strains predominated alternatively, and the rise and fall of influenza antibody level among people conformed to the type of dominant strain.
