中西医结合治疗胃肠功能衰竭疗效观察

目的：观察用中西医结合的综合疗法治疗胃肠功能衰竭的疗效。方法：将１９例胃肠功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组（１０例）和对照组（９例）。在常规治疗基础上治疗组采用中西医结合的综合疗法，对照组只采用西医治疗。观察治疗前后２组实验室检查指标、胃镜、腹部Ｘ线检查变化情况。结果：胃镜和腹部Ｘ线检查，治疗组１０例均有效，对照组９例中６例有效，２组有效率分别为１００．０％与６６．７％，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗组治疗后血红蛋白、白细胞、中性粒细胞、粪潜血、尿素氮及二氧化碳结合力与治疗前比较均显著改善（Ｐ均＜０．０５）；对照组治疗前后比较，上述指标均无显著性差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。结论：采用中西医结合的综合疗法治疗胃肠功能衰竭可促进胃肠道有效防御屏障功能恢复，阻止胃肠道细菌与毒素吸收或易位，打断胃肠功能衰竭向多脏器功能衰竭转化的连锁反应，有利于胃肠功能的尽早恢复，其疗效显著，优于单纯西药治疗

Observations on curative effects of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on gastrointestinal functinal failure

Objective:To observe the curative effects of general treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine(WM) on gastrointestinal functional failure (GFF).Methods:19 cases with GFF were randomly divided into treatment group ( n =10) and control group ( n =9).Based on conventional therapy the treatment group was treated with general treatment of integrated TCM WM but the control group treated with WM alone.The parameters of laboratory examinations in two groups were observed before and after therapy.Results:According to gastroduodenoscopy and abdominal Xray examinations in treatment group all the 10 cases were effective otherwise in control group 6 cases among 9 cases were effective,so that the effective rates were 100 0% in treatment group and 66 7% in control group respectively.The difference was significant ( P <0 05).In treatment group after therapy all the hemoglobin,white blood cell,neotrophils,stool OB,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and carbon dioxide combining power(CO 2CP) in comparison with before therapy were significantly improved (all P <0 05),otherwise there were not obvious variations in control group before and after treatment.Conclusions:Using the therapeutic method of general treatment of integrated TCM WM to treat GFF can promote the functional recovery of effective defence barries of gastrointestinal tract,prevent the absorbtion or translocation of bacteria and toxins in gastrointestinal tract,and break the chain reactions of GFF progression to multiple organ failure (MOF),meanwhile it benefit the recovery of gastrointestinal functions as early as possible.Its curative effects are significant and superior to that treated with WM alone.
