| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声导向下经皮肝穿刺瘤内注射无水酒精(percutaneous ethanol injection,PEI),在肝癌术后复发病人中的治疗效果和应用价值。方法对39例无法再次手术的肝癌术后复发病人行2个疗程的PEI治疗。结果经2个疗程的PEI治疗后,39例共47个病灶,其中15个病灶消失,20个缩小或不再增大。结论PEI是肝癌术后复发病人在无法再次手术情况下的一种简单、易行和有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and application value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol injection therapy (PEI) on patients with the post-operative recurrence of live cancer. Methods Thirty nine cases of recurre of liver cancer for which reoperation could not be done were given two courses of PEI. Results After two courses of the therapy, among the 47 masses in 39 cases 15 masses disappeared and other 20 reduced, 5 cases with 12 masses were all under control during treatment. Conclusion PEI is a simple and effective method to treat patients with recurrence of liver cancer without indications of reoperation. |
