深圳某社区人群血脂异常的相关危险因素分析

摘    要:目的 分析深圳市某社区人群血脂异常的相关性危险因素,为制定慢病患者人群的预防与控制策略提供依据。 方法 对2014年4-9月到深圳市南山区南油社区健康服务中心周期性体检的832名居民进行调查,通过进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测收集信息,应用χ2检验、t检验、非参数检验及多因素Logistic回归方法对资料进行统计分析。 结果 单因素分析显示45~64岁年龄段发生血脂异常风险较其他年龄段高,患有高血压、糖尿病的患者发生血脂异常比例高于没有高血压、糖尿病人群(χ2=6.23,P=0.0126;χ2=3.87,P=0.0490),文化程度较高人群患血脂异常的风险高于文化程度低人群(χ2=7.29,P=0.0262);而多因素logistic回归分析人群血脂异常的影响因素分别为文化程度、高血压、糖尿病;血脂相关指标水平在血脂异常和血脂正常人群间的差异较明显。 结论 深圳城市社区慢病患者高脂血症率较高,卫生部门应加强高脂血症危害性的宣传干预,控制高血脂症的现状,降低心脑血管事件的发生。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the risk factors associated with abnormal blood lipids among a community-dwelling population in Shenzhen City so as to provide a basis for developing prevention and control strategies for patients with chronic diseases. Methods Questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory test were conducted among 832 residents with periodic physical examination in the Nanyou Community Health Service Center, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City form April to September, 2014. And the data were statistically analyzed by χ2 test, t test, non-parametric test and multivariate Logistic regression method. Results Univariate analysis showed that the age groups of 45-64 years ran a higher risk for dyslipidemia as compared with other age groups, the proportion of dyslipidemia of patients with hypertension and diabetes was higher than that of population without hypertension and diabetes (χ2=6.23, P=0.0126; χ 2=3.87, P=0.0490), and the group with higher educational background had a higher risk for dyslipidemia as compared with the group with lower educational background (χ2=7.29, P=0.0262). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting blood lipid abnormality were educational background, hypertension and diabetes. The levels of blood lipid indexes were significantly different between the group with abnormal blood lipids and the group with normal blood lipids. Conclusions The incidence of hyperlipidemia in urban community patients with chronic diseases in Shenzhen City is high. Health departments should enhance the propaganda about the harmfulness of hyperlipidemia, intensify the intervention and control the current status of hyperlipidemia so as to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
