南京市儿童家长预防接种KAP问卷的信效度分析

目的 评价南京市0-6岁儿童家长预防接种知识态度行为(KAP)问卷的信度和效度.方法 采用统一制定的调查问卷《南京市儿童家长预防接种知识态度行为(KAP)问卷》,在预防接种门诊对前来进行预防接种的儿童家长开展调查,对调查表进行信度和效度的分析.结果 问卷总的Cronbach's α和分半信度系数分别为0.806,0.672.各维度的Cronbach's α系数和分半信度系数分别为0.719~0.822,0.623~0.742.经主成分分析,抽取出特征值大于1 的因子共3个,分别为态度,知识和行为,累计贡献率为30.908%.结论 南京市儿童家长关于预防接种KAP问卷具有良好的信度和效度.

Analysis on reliability and validity of survey about knowledge,attitude and practices (KAP) on vaccination among the parents of children in Nanjing

Objectives To test the reliability and validity of questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and practices (KAP) on vaccination among the parents of children aged 0-6 years in Nanjing. MethodsWorked out a unified interview questionnaire,conduct questionnaire among parents in vaccination clinics. The internal consistency and construct validity were calculated. ResultsThe Cronbach's α and split-half reliability of the questionnaire were 0.806 and 0.672 respectively. The Cronbach's α and split-half reliability were 0.719~0.822 and 0.623~0.742 in Knowledge domain, Attitude domain and Practice domain. The cumulating contribution rate of the three common factors whose feature value >1 was 30.908%. ConclusionsThe questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and practices (KAP) on vaccination among the guardians of Children in Nanjing has good reliability and validity.
