摘    要:目的 建立ALIANCE FUTURA水质间隔流动注射分析仪测定水中总磷的分析方法。方法 仪器进样器自动进样,并将样品于密闭的管路中通过分析模块发生完全的化学反应后,进入流动检测池进行光度检测,由数据处理系统自动处理分析数据。结果 在0-1.20 mg/L线性区间内该方法具有良好的线性关系,较高的精密度和准确度。其检出限低,与国标法相比,无显著性差异。结论 与GB 11893—89钼酸铵分光光度法相比,该法具有提高工作效率及结果准确性等优点.可应用于大批量水样分析。

Abstract:Objective Establish the method of detecting the total phosphorus in water using the Aliance futura water interval flow injection analyzer. Methods Instrument sampler inject automatically, and the sample in airtight pipeline occurs chemical reaction completely through analyzing module, Enter flow detection pool for spectrophotometric detection, finally the data processing system give analysis data. Results The method has good linear relationship ,higher precision and accuracy at 0-1.20 mg/L linear interval, Its detection limit is low, comparing with the Chinese standard, no significant differences. Conclusion Comparing with the GB 11893 -- 89 Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method, the method has some advantage for enhancing work efficiency and accuracy, etc. The method can be used in large sample analysis.
