| 摘 要： | 目的:研究电针对帕金森病模型大鼠黑质神经细胞凋亡和行为学的影响。方法:利用大鼠PD模型,观察行为学和采用末端标记法检测电针治疗前后PD模型大鼠黑质细胞凋亡的影响。结果:电针治疗能明显抑制PD模型大鼠旋转次数和黑质神经细胞凋亡,其作用和美多巴近似。结论:电针治疗PD可通过抑制中脑黑质神经细胞凋亡而减少旋转次数。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of elec-acupuncture on act and neuron apoptosis in substantia of Parkinson's disease in rats.Methods:PD model of rats was used,action was studied and TUNEL was adopted to detect neuron apoptosis in substantia.Result:Electric Acupuncture could significantly suppress neuron apoptosis in substantia of Parkinson's disease and its eddy in rat.Its effect was quite similar to that of medopa.Conclusion:By suppressing neuron apoptosis in substantia of Parkinson's disease in rat an... |
