| 摘 要： | 探讨外治法治疗肝癌癌性疼痛。用痛康宁腰围带置于患者脐部，每15天更换药袋1次，连续使用。对照组用强痛定，肌肉注射，每次100mg，2次／d。结果：痛康宁治疗癌性疼痛有较好疗效，能明显改善患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | To seek the external therapy for liver-cancer pain,Tongkangning waistline Belt was applied on the navel(treatment group),with alternate medicines every 15 days.In control group,bupinnzrizine was injected muscularly,100 mg every time and twice a day.Results:In treatment group,the marked effective rate was 74 4% and the total effective rate was 96 5%;in control group the rates were 33 3% and 83 3% respectively(P<0.05).It is indicated that the Belt is quite effective for liver-cancer pain the improvement of life quality. |
