高血压合并高血脂症患者血清钙镁含量变化的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨高血压合并高血症患者血清钙(Ca^2 )、镁(Mg^2 )含量变化及其临床意义。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪和试剂盒分别检测了44例高血压合并高血脂症患者、42例单纯高血压病患者的血清Ca^2 、Mg^2 及胆固醇(Ch)、甘油三脂(TG),并与30例正常对照组进行比较分析。结果:高血压合并高血脂症患者的血清Mg^2 及Ch,TG含量均明显高于单纯高血压组和对照组,血清Ca^2 含量和Ca^2 /Mg^2 比值则低于单纯高血压组及对照组(P<0.01);单纯高血压组血清Mg^2 及Ch和TG含量有增高的趋向。结论:血清中Ca^2 和Mg^2 含量变化与高血压合并高血脂症有密切的关系。

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes of serum calcium (Ca 2+ ) and magnesium(Mg 2+ ) in hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia and its significance.Methods:The serum levels of Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ , cholesterol (Ch) and triglyceride (TG) were determined in 44 patients with hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia, 42 patients with hypertension(HP) and 30 healthy controls by automatic biochemical analytical instrument and reagem kit. Results:It was found that the contents of Mg 2+ , Ch and TG in hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia were significantly higher than in HP and comrol, while Ca 2+ and Ca 2+ /Mg 2+ ratio was significantly lower than in HP and control. The contents of Mg 2+ , Ch and TG in hypertension were significantly increased.Conclusion: It is suggested that hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia is closely related with Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ .
