全国社区卫生服务现状调查--我国社区卫生服务站管理体制与运行机制现状及地区间比较

目的 了解我国社区卫生服务站现行的管理体制与运行机制。方法 对全国508个社区卫生服务站进行问卷调查，调查其注册名称规范使用情况、法人资格、主办单位、经济类型、隶属单位等现况。结果 90．35％的社区卫生服务站注册名称使用规范；取得独立法人资格的机构仅占29.32％；社区卫生服务站建立时间主要集中在2000～2002年；社区卫生服务站主办单位以事业单位为主，其次为政府和企业；经济类型仍以国有和集体所有制为主。结论 加快卫生改革的步伐；积极转换经营机制；促进多种经济类型协调发展；加大与医疗保障制度改革衔接的力度。

An Investigation of Chinese Community Health Service-The Present Situation of the Management System and Operation System of Chinese Community Health Service Stations and the Regional Comparison

Objective To understand the management and operation systems of Chinese community health service station. Methods The questionnaire was used to survey the name, qualification of absolute artificial person, subject framework and owner of community health service station. Results It is shown that 90. 35 percent community health service stations use canonical name and 29. 32 percent stations own the qualification of absolute artificial person. From 2000 to 2002, most of stations were set up. The primary entrepreneur of community health service stations is department. The economy styles of these stations are state belonged or collective belonged. Conclusion We should speed up the step of health reform, transform the operation system actively, promote the coordinated growth of varied economic types and increase the joint of the reform of medical security system.
