| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法：应用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(mini-PCNL)治疗50例复杂性肾结石患者。结果：50例均Ⅰ期取石成功，其中单通道取石32例，多通道18例，结石清除率82％(41／50)，术中、术后未见有明显出血，其中5例因有较大结石残留而行ESWL治疗，随访3～6个月无严重发症产生。结论：Mini-PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石，创伤小，出血少，恢复快，可作为首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | objecitve:To evaluate the efficiency of minimal invasive pe rc utaneous nephrolithotomy in treating complex renal calculi.Menthods:Fifty patien ts with complex renal calculi were treated with minimal invasive percutaneous ne phrolithotomy.Results:All stones in 50 cases were taken out by one-step proced ure successfully.Among them,32 cases were treated by single tract and 18 cases b y multiple tracts respectively.The stone-free rate was 82%. No case was suffere d from massive hemorrhage intraoperatively or postoperatively.There were 5 cases were treated with ESWL after operation.After 3~6 months of following-up,no cas e suffered any complication.Conclusion:Minimal invasive percutaneous nephrostomy has advantages of minimal trauma,less blood loss,rapid recovery and better effe ct,therefore should be the first-line therapeutic means for patients with comlp lex renal calculi. |
