摘    要:目的]探讨注射用血栓通(冻干)对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠行为学的改善作用。方法]将SD大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组、模型组、他克林组、血栓通组,每组20只,采用结扎双侧颈总动脉的的方法复制VD大鼠模型,以他克林为对照,通过对给药期间各组大鼠死亡率和体质量的变化,观察生存质量的变化;通过水迷宫和Y迷宫的方法分别观察术后20 d各组大鼠行为学的变化。结果]与模型组比较,各组间死亡率及体质量变化无统计学意义。与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠学习记忆能力下降,表现为穿过平台的次数减少(P0.01);与模型组比较,血栓通可以使模型大鼠穿过平台次数增加(P0.01),和阳性对照药物他克林药效相当;Y迷宫中,与模型组比较,低剂量组的空间记忆能力明显提高(P0.05)。结论]注射用血栓通(冻干)对VD大鼠的学习记忆能力有改善作用。

Abstract:Objective] To research the behavioral improvement effects of Xueshuantong for injection (lypolized) in curing vascular dementia (VD) rats.Methods] SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=20 per group):Sham group, Model group, Tacrine (Control) group and Xueshuantong group. All groups in addition to sham group received a surgery called bilateral common carotid artery occlusion (BCCAO) to establish VD models. The survival quality of all rats was recorded. Water morris and Y-maze were taken to be behavioral test.Results] Compared with model group, there was no statistical significance among all groups in death rate and weight''s change of rat. Compared with sham group, learning and memory ability of model group dropped with a reduced number of crossing the platform (P<0.01) in water morris test. Compared with model group, Xueshuantong could increase the number of crossing the platform (P<0.01) in water morris test which is the same as Tacrine group. Compared with model group, spatial memory ability of low dose group (Xueshuantong) obviously improved in Y-maze test.Conclusion] Xueshuantong for injection (lypolized) could improve learning and memory ability of VD rats.
