摘    要:目的 研究诱骗受体3(decoy receptor,DcR3)在前列腺癌组织中表达及临床病理意义,为前列腺癌分子诊断新靶标治疗提供理论依据。方法 应用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测前列腺癌70例及前列腺癌旁非肿瘤组织标本70例中DcR3蛋白水平的表达情况,并分析其与前列腺癌病理参数的相关性。结果 DcR3在前列腺癌组织阳性表达明显高于前列腺癌旁非肿瘤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时发现前列腺癌组织中DcR3表达水平与前列腺癌组织Gleason评分及病理临床分期有差异并呈正相关(P<0.05);前列腺癌组织中DcR3表达水平与年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 DcR3蛋白在前列腺癌中高表达,同时发现DcR3蛋白表达阳性程度与前列腺癌恶性程度呈正相关,可能成为新的前列腺癌诊断标志物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of DcR3 in human prostate carcinoma tissues, to provide a theoretical basis for molecular diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods The expression of DcR3 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) in 70 cases of prostate cancer and 70 cases of prostate cancer tissues, and the correlation between the expression of protein in prostate cancer and prostate cancer was analyzed. Results The expression of DcR3 in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in non-tumor tissues (P<0.01). It was found that the expression level of DcR3 in prostate cancer tissues was correlated with the Gleason score and the clinical stage of prostate cancer (P<0.05). The expression level of DcR3 in prostate cancer was not correlated with age (P>0.05). Conclusion DcR3 protein is highly expressed in prostate cancer, and the positive correlation between DcR3 protein expression and the malignant degree of prostate cancer could be the new diagnostic marker for prostate cancer.
