| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不稳定型心绞痛的临床特征与治疗方法。方法：将68例不稳定型心绞痛合并高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组34例,对照组34例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上口服通心络胶囊治疗。结果：治疗组的临床疗效明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组都无明显不良反应。结论：通心络胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗,可以改善临床症状,解除患者病痛,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical features of unstable angina and treatment. Methods： 68 patients with unstable angina pectoris and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group, 34 patients, 34 patients in control group. Control group received conventional therapy, the treatment group was treated on the basis of oral Tongxinluo capsule. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） , two groups have no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： Tong Xin Luo Capsule on the treatment of unstable angina, can improve clinical symptoms and relieve pain in patients and improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of promotion. |
