摘    要:采用免疫组织化学方法观察表皮生长因子受体(EGF-R)和雄激素受体(AR)在40例人良性前列腺增生症(BPH)前列腺组织中的定位。结果显示:40例中27例(67.5%)为EGF-R强阳性表达,EGF-R主要位于增生的前列腺上皮的基底层和鳞化上皮。并且,大部分分布在细胞膜上,仅少量在细胞浆内;40例中24例(60%)AR为强阳性表达。AR限定于前列腺基底细胞和平滑肌细胞的细胞核内;EGF-R和AR在同一病例中的免疫反应相一致。结果提示:EGF-R和AR可能涉及到前列腺组织增生过程。

Abstract:The immunohistochemical localization of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF R) and androgen receptor (AR) in human benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde solution and embedded in paraffin was studied. Immunoreactive EGF R was predominantly expressed on the plasma membrane of basal layer of normal epithelial and squamous metaplastic cells. The EGF R was also expressed either on plasma membrane or in cytoplasm of basal and surface layer of hyperplastic epithelia. Immunoreactive AR was restricted to the nuclei of basal cells and smooth muscle cell of the prostate. These results indicate that EGF R and AR may be involved in the hyperplastic process in BPH.
