更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床观察

目的：观察更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效及安全性。方法：29例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组18例使用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶点患眼，每天4次；对照组11例使用正大捷普眼液点患眼，每天6次。两组均连续治疗21d，比较两组患者治疗3，7，14和21d后的临床效果，并记录不良反应。结果：治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为26．09％和7．69％，两者比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），但治疗组与对照组有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．01）。两组药物不良反应发生率均较低。结论：更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎安全有效，不良反应少。

Clinical Observation of Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel in the Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis

Objective： This study was designed to assess the relative efficacy and safety of topical 0.15% ganciclovir gel in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis （HSK）. Methods： Twenty-nine patients with HSK were randomly divided into 2 groups： the trial group and control group. Patients of the trial group were given 0.15% ganciclovir gel and the control group were given 0.3% aciclovir eyedrop for 21 consecutive days. They were then examined on days 3th, 7th, 14th and 21th to assess the rate of healing and adverse reactions of the drugs in patients of two groups. Results： The healing rates tended to be better in the group receiving 0.15% ganciclovir gel, with healing rates of 26.09% as compared with 7.69% in the group receiving 0.3% aciclovir eyedrop （P 〈 0.01）, although the results showed no statistically significant difference on the efficient rates between the trial group and the control group. Conclusion： Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel was safe and effective in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.
