老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的保守治疗

目的探讨老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折保守治疗的方法及疗效。方法不能耐受手术或不愿接受手术的老年雹质疏松性脊柱骨折患者27例，采取卧床休息、后背骨折处垫枕头。应用密盖息针剂50iu肌肉注射，同时口服钙尔奇-D片及福善关片等治疗骨质疏松药物。定时给患者翻身、叩背及肢体按摩，鼓励患者咳痰等护理。疼痛减轻后行腰背肌功能锻炼等保守治疗。结果27例患者随访5-12个月，按疗效评定标准；优15例，良9例，可3例，无差的病例，优良率88.89％，无死亡病例。结论保守治疗治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折，方法简便，效果满意。而且避免手术治疗风险和手术并发症。

Conservative treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture

Objective To discuss the method and effect of conservative treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Methods Twenty seven senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture patients, who were intolerant of operation or unwilling to accept operation were adopted CBR, nursing methods inchiding chirapsia treatment, body turning, encouraging expectoration. Meanwhile, patients were applied miacalcic 50iu intramuscular injection, prescribed oral drug preparation such as caltrate - D and fosamax tablets and proceeded functional exercises of trunk extensor after pain released. Results All patients were followed up for 5 months to 12 months. By criteria of efficacy, there were 15 excellent cases, 9 good cases, 3 fair cases, and no bad case. The rate of excellent and good was 88.89% .No death case. Conclusions The effect of conservative treatment of senile osteoporetic vertebral fracture is satisfied and the method is convenient. In addition, it can avoid the risk and complications of operation.
