地塞米松氨茶碱及特布他林对家兔肾脏内髓集合管细胞H+/K+交换和Cl-/HCO3-交换的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨地塞米松、氨茶碱及特布他林对肾脏内髓集合管(IMCD)细胞H^+/K^+交换和Cl^-/HCO3^-交换的影响。方法:根据分组情况,家兔肾脏IMCD细胞单层分别在2种浓度的地塞米松、氨茶碱或特布他林缓冲液中孵育72h,用荧光探针法测定各组的H^+/K^+交换及Cl^-/HCO3^-交换结果。结果:地塞米松、氨花碱和特布他林各组的H^+/K^+交换及Cl^-/HCO3^-交换与对照组相比,均无显著差异。结论:临床常用剂量的地塞米松、氨茶碱和特布他林对家兔肾脏IMCD细胞H^+/K^+交换及Cl^-/HCO3^-交换无显著影响。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of dexamethaso ne, aminophylline and tebutaline on exchange of H~+/K~+ and Cl~-/HCO_3~- in cells of inner medullar collecting duct(IMCD) in rabbits. Methods: According to different group, the monolayer of IMCD cell of rabbit kidn eys were incubated at two different concentration of dexamethasone, aminophyllin e and tebutaline, respectively, each for 72 h, and then the function of the exch ange of H~+/K~+ and Cl~-/HCO_3~- of all groups were measured by fluorescent probe. Results: The function of the exchange of H~+/K~+ a nd Cl~-/HCO_3~- in the experimental group was similar to that in the control group. Conclusion: Dexamethasone, aminophylline and tebutali ne have not any significant effects on the exchange of H~+/K~+ and Cl~-/HCO_ 3~- in IMCD cell of rabbit kidneys at the clinical recommended dosages of these drugs.
